Deadside account banned or restricted: how do appeals work and what recovery tools exist?
Closed thread Closed by archivemy deadside account got banned and i genuinely don’t know why. i want to appeal but i don’t know where to start. is there a proper process? and are the “account recovery tools” i keep seeing a real thing or a scam?

Replies are closedstep one is always the official route. use the game’s or platform’s support and appeal channels and be calm and specific. angry all caps messages go nowhere
lol i may have sent one angry message already
send a calmer one. include the date, your account name, and anything you remember around when it happened
keep records. screenshots of the ban message, emails, timestamps. if you have to appeal more than once you’ll want everything in one place
ok. so what about the tools?
the one on this site is called UGC. the account recovery workspace page describes it as an automation tool to build appeal workflows and manage restriction disputes on different platforms, meant to help you organize and speed that process up
important thing tho, no tool can promise an appeal succeeds. that’s up to whoever reviews it. if anything says guaranteed, run
agreed. the page doesn’t read like a guarantee, it reads like an organizer for the process. plans listed are 1 month $35, lifetime $150 if that matters. read the refund policy too before you pay
so do i need a tool at all or just write a good appeal?
honestly try the official appeal first. a well written one costs nothing. a tool is something you consider if you’ve got multiple platforms or disputes to juggle. the pre-sale FAQ has more on what UGC is for
yeah that’s fair. different tools for different jobs
sounds like a plan. i’ll start with the official appeal. thanks
